Through 2015 we will continue to focus on culture and values within Hammerson as a way of engaging, aligning and maximising the contribution of our people, in order to support our strategic objective of creating successful retail destinations.

Our Key Outputs

Key outputs have included values-based 360-degree feedback, staff events, job shadowing to build collaboration across teams and our highly collaborative and enthusiastic Hammerson Staff Choir!
