The Real Estate Environment Benchmark - REEB

REEB is a publicly available, asset specific, operational benchmark of environmental performance for commercial property in the UK.

The Real Estate Environmental Benchmark provides energy, CO2, water and waste performance benchmarks for shopping centres, retail / leisure parks and offices. These are based on real consumption data of some of the UK’s largest commercial property owners, updated annually. The data is screened for accuracy and robustness.

REEB provides property owners, occupiers and managers with a means to compare the performance of their own buildings in terms of Energy, Water and Waste. It can be used to understand where cost savings can be made, inform meaningful target setting and demonstrate good environmental management.
