Community Engagement Review 2013 -2016
3 Aug 2016
We are pleased to share our Community Engagement Review. The review looks back over community engagement activity across our UK portfolio for the past three years.
Over the past three years Hammerson has been focused on working with local communities to ensure our shopping centres, retail parks and development projects deliver the greatest positive impact they can.
Our assets can deliver many local benefits, from investment into infrastructure through to enhanced civic pride following regeneration of an area. Positive Places is our strategy for optimising these benefits, and we have local Positive Places plans for each asset. Included in these plans are our community engagement ambitions and targets.
Our new Community Engagement Review takes a look back over the past three years and brings together a taster of the projects that are going on across the UK portfolio. We feature projects from across all areas of community engagement, including those targeted at developing skills and enterprise, through to those that invest in health and wellbeing.
We also share some headline figures from the past three years, and recognise those partners that have been key to delivery of these projects. Just click each statistic to find the story behind it.
