The Big Positive Weekend : Engaging the Conscious Consumer

Following a successful summer of weekend events in 2014, The Big Positive Weekend is coming back for 2016.

With 7/10 of our shoppers stating social ethics and environmental ethics are important or very important when making a purchasing decision, there has never been a better time to engage them with another series of sustainability events delivered in major shopping destinations across the UK.

Get Involved

We will once again be celebrating actions and behaviour that has a big impact on society and our environment.

We are looking for brands and organisations to partner with us in creating this interactive consumer campaign. With nine weekend events, spanning Southampton to Aberdeen, we'll be delivering sustainability messages and introducing ethical products and services directly to consumers in an engaging, themed environment designed to inspire.

Are you already speaking to a more conscious consumer through products and services offering a more ethical or sustainable choice? Could you be help lead the way with The Big Positive Weekend?

We have opportunities for a headline partner and supporting partners for 2016:

About The Big Positive Weekend

Launched by Hammerson in 2014, The Big Positive Weekend is series of weekend events designed to engage the millions of shoppers that visit Hammerson shopping destinations such as Bullring and Brent Cross.

Part of Hammerson's commitment to design and run Positive Places, the series of events aim to celebrate and inspire sustainable action and behaviour in the communities the shopping destinations serve.

The 2014 event saw millions attending a Big Positive Weekend and our partners: Nationwide Building Society, Renault, H&M, EON and SEA LIFE inspire hundreds of thousands of actions that deliver a positive impact.
